November Update - Estimating and Comparing Numbers

We are currently working on Estimating and Comparing Numbers. This week and next we will continue to relate numbers to the benchmarks of 5 and 10. Please visit here to see an explanation as to the important aspects of comparing numbers in Grade 1.

As always, it is important that grade 1 students learn to write and recognize their numbers in an efficient manner. If you child is having difficulties writing some numbers please visit the apps and practice pages posted in the 'Practicing Writing Numbers' tab above.
